Given are three maps concerning the transformation at West Park Secondary School in 3 specific years, called 1050, 1980 and 2010. It is perceptible that there have been a drastic change from a fairly simple area to a more modern one while the opposite is true fỏ the bottom right-hand corner.
In 1950, the school was located right on the roadside, adjacent to the main road. To the left-hand side of the school, that was the resident's houses. In the southern part of the map, this was the location of farmland and playground.
In 1980, the most prominent of modification has been the replacement of science block and car park of the houses. At the same time, the farmland was demolished to build a new sports field. The playground remained the same.
After 30 years, in 2010, the expansion of the car park lot encroached on the sports field. This made the sports field narrower on the right-hand side of the current car park. At this period, the school, the science block, the playground did not alter
