The diagrams represents the structure and the location options of wave-energy machines which can produce energy from sea waves.
The machine is composed by two chambers: the lower contains water which increases with the introduction of other water thanks to the waves; the upper contains two turbine which turns and an electricity generator which convert the turns of the turbine in electricity. The blades are rotates thanks to air flow that comes from the increasing of water level and the passage of air from the above. The machine should be put in the direction of the wave flow to permit the correct entrance of the water.
Wave-energy creators can be located near the coast or in the middle of the sea. The difference is in the height of the machines, in the costs, in the dimention of waves which enters in the objects and the energy output. If the machines are constructed near the coast, the costs are lower, the waves are smaller and by consequence the energy output is lower than that produced if the turbine is located in the middle of the sea where the waves are larger, but the costs of construction are higher.
