The pictures give data about the layout of a single room and a double room having study facilities.
Overall, what stands out is that a double room is larger and more expensive compared to a single one. There are also more beds, study desks, cupboards in a double room.
Looking at the details, a single room costs $200 per week, whereas a double one is nearly twice as dear as, costing $350 per week. Both rooms are 6m long, but a double room is 4m wide compared to 2,5m of a single room.
To the left of the single room, there are two bookshelves between the bathroom and the kitchen. Both kitchens have a stove, a sink, and a microwave. The double room also has a table to the right of the kitchen. Whilst, there is a bed at the bottom right corner of the single room, the double one has two beds at the top and bottom right corner, each has a window as well.
Turning to the center, a single room has only a cupboard. It also has a study desk and a TV on the north and south wall respectively. With respect to a double room, the television is replaced by another study desk. Two cupboards are located in the center with a TV and a bookshelf in front of them. Another bookshelf is between the bathroom and the study desk.
