These given graphs illustrate about the money investment by the parents of britain
towards their children's sports activities and the participation of the number of British children in 3 different sports including Football, Athletics and Swimming, for 6 year-span, from 2008 to 2014. This is clear from these graphs that Football was their favourite sports during that time. The unit of money was in pounds whereas the number of children was counted in millions.
Overall, British parents increased their investment during every year and in addition
the choice of sports were flactuated over this time period.
In 2008, the average monthly investment was around 20 pounds, which was increased significantly by 5 pounds after two years, 2010. Additionally, this spending reached to around 32 pounds, which was the highest investment, in 2014. During these 6 years the investment went up dramatically from 20 pounds per month to approximately 32 pounds per month.
Moreover, in 2008 Football was palyed by approximately 8 millions british children, which was flactuated over these time frame. This number went down slightly in 2010 with about 7.8 millions children. But again it rose moderately to around 9 millions in 2012 and reached to it's highest number with approximately 9.2 millions in the final year, 2014. Although, in 2008 the least played sports was Athletics with around .3 millions, it became the second highest plaed sports in 2014(Approximately 4.8 millions). Furthermore, Swimming, which was the second favourite sports among the british children was dropped to third choice in 2014. However, the number of children in Swimming was increased moderately between 2008 and 2014.(about 2.1 millions and aproximately 4 millions respectively).
