The first charge gives information about how an average australian household use the energy. The second chart shows how much the greenhouse gas emissions result from this energy use.
first, people use most of the energy for heating and water heating, relate to 42% and 30%. australian household use a little amount of energy for cooling, lighting, and refrigeration, which is just about 2%, 4% and 7%. The rest is used for other appliances.
second, there is a similar change in using energy for lighting, refrigeration and greenhouse gas emissions by comparision. 4% energy is used and produce a double number of emission to 8%. Same thing happens to refrigeration, which is about 75 in using but emit 14% greenhouse gas.
Overall, there is only a decrease in gas emission from heating, which drops to 15%. other energy uses create a large amount of emissions which have a greater percentage than that of energy use.
