: The graph and table below show the average monthly temperatures and the average number of hours of sunshine per year in three major cities.

The line graph illustrates data on the temperature recorded from month to month in three developed cities, and the table compares the total number of sunshine hours during a year in the same cities.

In general, there is a significant fluctuation in terms of the degrees among three cities; meanwhile, in contrast with Sydney, London and New York remain the identical trend over a course of a year. It is also noticeable that New York and Sydney have approximately the same all amount of sunshine in a whole year.

Starting at nearly 5 in January, but in the next few months, the temperature of New York reaches a peak of around 30 in the middle of June, higher than the degree of New York by roughly 5 at the same time. Hence, both big cities experience a gradual decrease of 5 and 10 in December respectively. There is a reverse trend recorded in Sydney. The temperature in January is the highest in comparison with other months, at nearly 25, after that the figure dips moderately to the lowest at 15 in June.

Turning to the table, all the temperatures measured in the entire year in both New York and Sydney are also approximately 2000 and higher almost double that of London
