The line graph compares changes the amounts of chicken, beef, lamb and fish consimed in a European country over a period of 25 years.
It is clear that chicken was by far the most popular of these foods over the period shown. Fish was eaten the lowest amount of in period of years. In 1979, beef was the higest of consumption in a European country, around 220 grams. Chicken and lamb meat eaten just about 150 grams, and fish was a neglible amount. Just decade uear later, chicken utilization overtook beef utilization as the primary meat of consumption.
Between 1984 and 2004, chicken consumed rose dramatically to a peak of approximately 255 grams. By contrast, the figure for fish consumed about 45 grams in 1999, and remained at this level for the rest of the period. Lamb consumed dropped steadily in 25-year period around 60 grams, but beef consumption declined sharply approximately 115 grams in 2004.
