According to the graph, the petrol and oil consumption in 1980 was 35 units. After a fluctuation between 1980 and 1995, the consumption of this form commenced to rise. Estimates reveal that by this steady growth rate, usage of petrol and oil will reach to near 50 units in 2030.
As you can see, coal and natural gas are second and third popular fuel forms in this graph respectively. In 1980 amount of natural gas was more than coal but evaluations illustrate that by this trend of consumption, coal will use 30 units in 2030.
Following these 3 fuel forms, by a significant gap, there are three other forms such as nuclear, solar or wind and hydro power fuels.
