The graph below shows average carbon dioxide co2 emissions per person in the united kingdom, Sweden, Italy, and Portugal between 1967 and 2007.
The graph depicts information about the emissions of carbon dioxide per person in four countries from 1967 to 2007.
Overall, the emerging fact from the line graph is that although the Uk and Sweden were produced more co2 per capita, the output was decreased over the period. Meanwhile, the proportion of co2 rose significantly in Uk and Portugal.
Looking at more details, in 1967, the people in the United Kingdom were the biggest polluter, which was responsible for 11 metric tonnes each. Likewise, the next highest emitters were seeded, with almost 9 metric tonnes each, which was double the value of average Italian, and six-time more than individuals in Portugal. Afterwards, the output of Carbon dioxide fell steadily in the UK over the next four decades, and despite a surge in the year 1977, people in Sweden also cut their co2 emissions dramatically until by 2007.
By contrast, after 1967, emissions increased in Italy and Portugal. At the end of the year, Italy became a second-highest polluter, with almost 8 metric tonnes.
