The line graph illustrates the amount of carbon dioxide emanation in 4 different countries during a forty year period.
It is clear that carbon dioxide emitting from UK was the highest over the period shown. Overall, the figures of italy and portugal witnessed moderate increases, while those of UK and Sweden decreased insignificantly.
In 1967, there was approximately 10 metric tonnes of carbon dioxide emanating from UK, followed by those of Sweden and Italy, with roughly 8% and 4%. In contrast, the carbon dioxide emitting from Portugal was significant low, at about 1%.
In 2002, an minimal reduce in the carbon dioxide exhaust can be witnessed, compared to a climb in the figure of Italy, from about 6% to 8%. Moreover, those of Sweden hit a peak and then plummeted, while there was a steady increase in Portugal carbon dioxide emission. It seems that those of Sweden and Portugal are at the same proportion ( at roughly 6%)
