Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
The line graph compares the number of questions was asked to a Tourist Information Office in three ways over the first half period of 2011.
Overall, there was an upward trend in the number of queries asked by telephone and in-person while the opposite was true for the figure for questions received by letter or mail.
In January, the number of people who sent an email and who made a phone call to the office started at around 800. In the following two months, while the former dipped down gradually to roughly 700, the latter bounced back after a moderate fall in February. The opposite scenario continued till the end of the period shown. In June, the number of questions sent in person remained the lowest, at nearly 400. The figure for questions from telephone soared to 1600.
Meanwhile, starting from the lowest of over 400, the number of queries received in-person experienced a continual increase throughout the entire period. This figure surpassed the telephone's in the middle of March and finally reach the highest point in June, at around 1900.
