The given line graph depicts the trends of people travelled to the caribbean tourist places during the period between 2010 and 2017, and their prefence of stay during the visit. In general, there was an increasing trend of people visiting caribbean islands has been reported during this time periods.
The number of tourists enjoyed caribbean natural beauty was 1 million in total in 2010, and this number has been soared gradually with a steady rasining pattern in every year. For an example, it became 1.5 million in 2012 with an average of 50% increase in each of the next two years. From then it inclined steadily and peaked to 2.5 million in 2014 sharing half million of addition in every year. Nonetheless, at this stage, the increasing rate was slowed down significantly until 2016, which was followed by a dramatinc turn over towars the positive trend which peaked the number to 3.5 million in 2017.
However, there was an interesting difference and fluctuation observed about the tourists pereferences of stay during their visit to the caribean peninsula. in 2010, nearly 0,25 million travellers pereferred to stay on cruise ships while rest of the people visited the islands in this year stayed in land and this number didn't increase much in the next year but the amount of people stayed in ships risedto o.5 million. Unexpectedly, this number felt to the similar situation of 2010in the next year but from then it increased steadily over the next years with slight flucatuatipn and peaked to 2 miilion in 2017. Interestingly, the while the numbers of tourist staying on cruise ships were lower in 2010, it crossed the number of people preferered to live in land after 2015. On the other hand, after a stagnat situation of people staying in land in the first year, it followed a dramatinc grwoth curve where there were rising trend reported in 2012 and 2013 and a steady state for the next two years which was followed by a sudden fall over the next year that ultimately went down under the visitors preferring cruis ship for stay intercepting at after 2015, then again wen up reaching 1.5 million in 2017.
Summing up, more and more people gradually became interested to visit caribbean places during the period. While the pereferences of tourists for staying has been changed over the years with great fulctuation for both the categories.
