The provided line graph illustrates information about tourists, measured in millions of tourists, of three different categories, who visited the Caribbean island, over 7 years.
As an overall trend, it is apparently observed that the number of total tourists rose considerably, while other two groups experienced fluctuations, despite some increases at the end of periods.
In 2010, the total of visitors were 1 million people. Followed by a moderate increasing by 2012, it continued to roar considerably and from 2015 to 2016 had a stagnation, below 2.75 million of visitors. However, it reached the peak, at 3.5 million in 2017.
Furthermore, the number of people who stayed on cruise ships and on island stood, approximately at 0.25 and 1.25 million people respectively. Subsequently, the figure of the former group remained constantly, while the latter group continued to rise. Although, the first category commenced to uproar, whereas another one oscillated. The number of cruise ships category had a plateau at 1.5 million, whilst on island it was lower than 1 million tourists. Nonetheless, in 2015, they started to indicate a converse trend and reached the apex at the end of period.
