The graph below shows the consumption of fish and some different kinds of meat in a european country between 1979 and 2004. Overall, it can be seen that the biggest growth was chicken.
In 1979 to 1989 the chicken increased around 50 gram per person per week from 150 gram to perhaps 200 gram, when the fish is stable from perhaps 52 gram to 51 gram, while beef experience decreased from probably 225 gram to 195 gram, and lamb is the biggest experience of decrease that from 150 gram per person per week to around 100 gram per person per week.
But in 1994 to 2004 the chicken keep growth from 200 gram to 250 gram, and fish does not move from 50 sum gram per person per week, meanwhile lamb is went down from 100 gram per person per week to around 50 gram, and the beef experience great break down from 175 gram to around 100 gram per person per week.
