As illustrated by the vertical chart information about the percentage of men and women Academic Staff members across the faculties in a major University in 2012. The data is calibrated in per centum. It is clear and coherent representation.
It can be seen that in terms of Arts female Academic Staff was about 55 % on this as opposed to the male it had showed 42 %. similarly, the male was higher percentage in business than the female around 62% and 38% respectively. In education, percentage of female had been showed a great rise of 70% whereas, male had been showed 20% approximately.
As far as trend was concerned the percentage of male was higher in engineering than remaining faculties. while, female had showed a low percentage which was 19% axproximately. Moreover, female percentage in law, medicine and Science was 40, 50 and 38% respectively.
Overall,it is evident that maximum percantage was from male in engenering in the year 2012 whereas,least was from female which is also in engeneering faculties.
