The graph shows the percentage of male and female academic staff members across the faculties of a major university in 2012.

The graph illustrates the percentage of men and women academic staff members across the faculties of a main university in 2012. Overall, it is noticeable that the highest percentage was 80% that was of female from engineering faculty whereas the same faculty had the leaat percentage of male which was only 15%. In the year 2012, it can be seen that the academic male staff percentage in faculty arts was 45% which lagged by 5% form female of same faculty. Similarly, 70% of members were female in education faculty but only 25% were male. In case of business faculty, men were found to be more by 30% in comparison to women that is 35%. The academic staff percentage of male and female in medicine faculty was seemed to be quite similar; female percentage led by nearly 2% only where male percentage was 50. Furthermore, in the faculty of science, there was a difference of 30% between male and female staff; male was 65%.At last, looking at the data of law faculty, it was observed that male staff was 60% and female was 40%.
