The two bar charts illustrate the proportion of people who have their own computer and relate to their education level in the course of 8 years from 2002 to 2010.
Overall, it is apparently obvious that the computer ownership had been more common throughout the years and reached the peak in 2010, especially in the people at higher education level.
According to the first paragraph, the number of computer owners stood at around 60% in the first 2 years. The figure for this ownership constantly developed, which experienced 65% and 70% in 2006 and 2008 respectively, after which finished the period at approximately 80% in the year of 2010.
In terms of education level, high school graduates and people who lack of certifications have the most insignificant percentages of computer owners with both under 40% in 2002 and went around 50 to 70% in 2010. The prior figure of all time was constituted for postgraduate qualification, with ultimately 100% in 2010.
