This diagram indicates the process of making chocolate with ten steps.
The process begins with the collection of red pods from the cacao tree. These trees are generally grown in South America, Africa and Indonesia. The second step is to collect white cacao seeds from pods. Then all the beans were sent for the next couple of steps which are the fermentation of seeds and let them dry under the sun. Once the seeds are dried out collect them in large bags and send them to the factory via train or lorry.
Now it's time to process the beans in the factory. Workers roast the beans at 350 degrees. After that, when beans were converted to room temperature employers removes the outer shell and crush the beans with the help of a machine. And the last step of making chocolate is to peel the inner part and convert that into a liquid.
Overall, making chocolate is a very lengthy process. Three important parts are mandatory to follow. One is to roast the cacao and another two are fermentation and drying.
