The line graph illustrates the number of x desease in Some land from 1960 to 1995. Overall, it can be seen that there was a fluctuation over the timeframe. To start, the figures for cases stood at 100 in 1960. However, over the following five years it remained unchanged, but then there was a gradual increase to 200 between 1965 and 1970. Next which was followed by a dramatic growth in the level of x disease after that it went down considerably at the end op period. Then, the figures reached a low 0 in 1990. Finally, 1990 to 1995 witnessed unchanged remainment in the case.
