The line chart illustrates the different age of cinema attendance in the UK.

Overall, it is clear that the age group of people who going to the cinema was in raising trend from 1990 to 2010, while there were some fluctuation in this period. However, the cinema attendance who was between 24 age and 34 age showed a stable tendency.

The aged between 45 and 54 was the most important cinema attendance in the UK, which accounted for 37% in 1990, which followed closely by the aged from 34 to 44 (36%). The other aged group just accounted for 23% and 15%. However, all the age group showed the declined trend between 1995 and 2000, while the ranking never changed.

After 2000, all the age group of cinema attendance in the UK in the increase trend. The aged between 44 and 54 was in the shapely increased, which reached the plateau, accounting for 51%. However, the other age groups, such as the aged from 34 to 44 and the aged between 14 and 24 was in the same inclined trend, which the aged of 24 to 34 was remained steady from 2005 to 2010.
