The line graph illustrates that the quarterly figures of the average price ticket that is sold in the theatre, in which, the bar graph depicts that the proportion of tickets sold from 2010 to 2011.
Overall, it can be seen that in 2010, tickets price witnessed a considerable upwards, however, falling in the percentage of ticket sold for 1 year.
As can be clearly noticed that in quarter 1 and 2, the average tickets sold were remained steady at nearly 9.5 pounds. Strikingly, it is reached the highest peak at 10.5 pounds in quarter 3 in 2010. After that, there were stably remaining in quarter 4 and it is continuing the figures till the second quarter in 2011 at 10.5 pounds. Otherwise, there was a slight dip to 10.3 pounds in the price tickets of quarter 3 but picked up again at 10.5 in 2011 in the fourth quarter.
It is shown on the column graphs that the quarter 1 and 2 were similar to the proportion of ticket sold at 60% in 2010. After which, declined in the quarter 4 at 67 per cent, it then saw a significant rise to 80 per cent at the end quarter in 2010. As opposed to the quarter 1 and 2 in 2011, there was a sharp plummet to 20%. Interestingly, the proportion of quarters 3 and 4 was turned again at 50% and 70%, respectively, in 2011.
