The line chart gives information about the number of vehicles which had stolen by thieves in four different nations over the course of 9 years starting from 1990.
As is illustrated by the graph, it is immediately obvious that the quantity of missing cars experienced an upward trend in Sweden, while there was a fluctuation which demonstrated in Great Britain, France and Canada. Throughout the period, even though G.B witnessed a downward trend in the number of missing cars, it still registered as the highest figures out of all 4 nations surveyed.
At the beginning of the period, the vehicle quantities stolen by car thefts in G.B were nearly 20.000 transportations. Then, during the 9-year period, vehicle theft figures in G.B slightly dropped to approximately 16.000 transportations. On the other hand, Sweden witnessed the car theft rates increased dramatically from under 10.000 to nearly 15.000 missing vehicles.
Noticeably, the trend of France and Canada was totally different since the beginning of the period, stood at 6.000 cars and 7.000 cars respectively. However, two strangers met the other at the end of the period, over 5.000 transportations.
