The map below shows the development of a seaside village between 1995 and present Write a short report for a university lecturer describing the information shown below

The map illustates the alteration in two diferent periods (1995 and the present) of a Seaside village. Overall, the residental and facilities dramatically changed while somes trees were cut down for this development.

In the North West of the map, some houses
were constructed and the new road was opened. To the East of the main street to the estate, forest park was cut down and merged with the farmland. At present, this area is used for playing golf and two tennis courts were built in the south of the golf land.

In the south of the map, the fishing port was dimolished and many apartments replaced to the fish market. On the opposite side, there were many shops here in 1995 but now there are redeveloped to restaurants. Regarding the hotel, it is mordenized and has a new car park. Moreover, cafe is still there and has no transformation.
