Overall, it is shown that the town will undergo dramatic transferring with most changes will occur in commercial, residential and transportation section.
On the commercial side, the north part of the main road will see significant alterations in which the shops will be destroyed to make way for new shopping centre, Bus station and a car park area. While the shops to the south of the main road planned to remain unchanged but the main road between shops will convert to pedestrians area.
