From an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that this location experienced extensive transformations and modifications, the most noticeable of which is the alternation of Forton University, the movement of K.G. School, and the addition of Versity Cafe.
Regarding the western side of the location, while the shopping center adjacent to Sheffield Road remained untouched, the land catering to farm tasks was demolished to make way for an additional playground. Moreover, K.G. School, which was formerly situated across, was reconstructed in the place which was originally occupied by a dairy farm. Aside from the school, a toy shop was established.
Concerning the eastern side of the location, in 2010, a public library and Forton University were erected to replace the city hall and K.G.School respectively. To the south of the side, an additional car park was constructed adjacent to the prior one. Moreover, the park, situated aside from the car park in 2000, was demolished and renovated by Vercity Cafe.
