The maps illustrate the developments which took place in the coastal town of Fosbury between 1980 and 2015.
Overall, a comparison of the two maps reveal a complete transformation from a largely rural to an advance urban area.
In the year 1980, the town was a much greener area, but during the next 35 years, the town saw a number of significant changes. The most noticeable is that, all of the fields area in southeast of the town was transformed to a warehouse. Also, the terraced houses located in the northeast of the town being demolished to make way for a car park and supermarket. In the west of it, just the hotel remained, and the grocer’s shop and the Block of flats was knocked down.
Likewise, on the left side of the map, in the north, the residential area reminded. In contrast, the park located in the west of the town transformed to a residential area and was constructed a park around it and houses. The tennis court located in the south transformed to sport's center and car park.
