People are less fit and active nowadays then in the past. What are the reasons for this? What measures can be taken to fix this?
People are not enough fit and active at present time as compare to past, on account of so many reasons people do not cater about themselves, meanwhile there are number of activities that may keep them healthy and active.
In today’s fast paced, it can be seen that health issue has become more common and widespread as compare to past time, and mostly people are spending busy and stressful life on account of jobs, work over load and etc, meanwhile some people believe that hard working carried at a peak.
Firstly, in third world countries people spend their most of the time with jobs and studies that eventually increases stress level and devastate youngster’s social life. While, some people do work excessively at their office by the virtue of work over load, meanwhile small number of people does couple of jobs due to less salary and inadequacy of money. In such cases, people do not have such time to do something to release their stress and extra activities for being fit and active.
2ndly, government should form the criteria of working hours according to the international standard, as well as implement sanctions on those organizations who take overhaul work from labors. Furthermore, government should provide different parks and playing areas in every society so that people can go for releasing their stress. 3rdly, some people prefer to use different gadgets rather than do some physical exercise that eventually being them less fit and inactive, except this, it is the responsibility of parents to make their child habitual at early age for some extra curriculum activities.
Consequently, government should eye on every organization as well as it a responsibility of every human being to take care by yourself not to overlook.
