After being gathered from the trees, tomatoes are carefully selected and sorted. When this stage is done, the qualified fruits are delivered to the factory where their skin is peeled, seeds are removed, and stalks are separated. Having been stored in a container, tomatoes are then squashed by a specialized machine. The pulp is then mixed with sugar, vinegar, and salt to make its taste. This is followed by boiling the mixture and then leaving it for 2 hours in order to cool a liquid.

Once the tomato ketchup liquid is made, it is poured into bottles, which are then labeled. Before being packed into boxes, the goods go through a quality control process and are then transported to the supermarkets. The final step end up with the ketchup being used as a flavor for hamburgers and fries.
