It is clear from the chart that the degradation in land spent the most on over-grazing. While, the table shows that Europe was the region receiveiving the most percentage in agricultural land, in comparison with the category in the North America was given the least expenditure.
For the rate of over-grazing was highest, at 35%, while, the figure for deforestation was significantly lower, at 30%. The percentage of over-cultivation researched during the 1990s accounted for 28% of the total group. Meanwhile, 7% was the lowest number came from the other causes.
The proportion of land degraded by over-grazing was the highest in Oceania, at 11,3%, while, over-cultivation had zero impact in this area. In terms of deforestation, the percentage of expenditure on this category in the Europe was higher than other regions, at 9,8%. By contrast, spending on this item in North America made up the smallest proportion, at 0,2% of the total spending in this area.
