The process of producing smoking fish
The diagram illustrates how smoked fish is produced. Overall, there are eleven stages, beginning with catching the fish and ending with selling them at the fish shop.
First, the fish are caught from the sea and they are transported via ship to a port. At the port, the fish are temporarily frozen and then, they are defrosted by using warm water. After that, the fish are cut open and mixed with salt water and yellow colour is added during this process. The next step is smoking the fish. During this stage, the fish are put inside an oven and the smoke will be used to evaporate the water inside the fish. Next, the smoked fish are packed into parcel and then be frozen under zero degree before they are stocked inside cold storage. Afterward, the smoked fish is distributed via trucks to the fish shop and then they are ready to be sold to customers.
