process of recycling aluminum

Overall, aluminum is a type of recyclable materials which is widely used in manufacturing goods. The recycling process is divided into 3 stages: collection, melting with casting and finally, production.
Regarding the diagram, first of hall, aluminum cans are placed by consumers in blue boxes which designed for classification. Then, cans are delivered to a recycling centre by the collection centre. In process, wastes are heated at high temperature until they melt into aluminum liquid in recycling centre. Following this, liquid is poured into a mould to be shaped. The brick-shaped aluminum must be rolled into a flat sheet by a reversing mill and finally a new cans are made. At last, those recycled cans are filled up with different drinks after being delivered to aluminum plants then moved to business premises for sale and a new recycling process begins
