The table below gives information about the problems faced by children in two primary schools in 2005 and 2015
The table compares the percentage of children who have difficulties in different educational problems in two different schools over 10-year period.
Overall, the vast majority of children faced with many problems such as concentration in lessons, following instructions, listening skills, verbal expression of ideas in 2005 and 2015. It is noticeable that there was a decline in the educational problems in the school A. However, the opposite trend can be seen in the percentage of the school B
In 2005, the biggest problems faced by children in the school A, followed by instructions and concentration in lessons, at 42% and 40% respectively. In contrary, 22% student found it difficult with reading ability. In the school B, concentration in lessons was the most popular difficult problems which stood at 15% and spelling, following instructions, hand writing fluctuated around from 5% to 7 %
In 2015, in the school A, there was a significant decrease in almost all of the problems. Following instructions decreased from 42% to 18% while the figure for handwriting was not change, at 28%. In contrary, there was a sharp increase in the percentage of children with different education problems. Following instructions doubled its percentage in 2005 to 12%. Whereas, the proportion of hand writing remained unchange and finally the figure for concentration in lessons and verbal expression of ideas were the same, at 15%
