The table illustrates the six underground railways with the information of date opened, route length and the number of visited commuters.
Overall, it is apparently seen that the oldest underground was from London whereas consisting the longest way. Tokyo having the highest number of travelers while, the least been to Kyato which, having shortest route.
London is the longest way compared to the other underground systems, accounted 394 km length. It has opened in 1863 and reached 775 million passengers per year. Paris and Tokyo were opened in 1900 and 1927 respectively, where visited 1191 million and 1927 million commuters annually. Noticeably, there routes lengths are not exceeded than 200km.
Kyato, the shortest with 11km length, shown 45 million passengers throughout the year. Annually, 144 travelers been to Washington DC that having 126km. Los Angeles is the latest opened (In 2001) underground system which is 28km long and with 50 million passengers had come there for a year.
