The table shows data about three different elements to decide which group of people is below the poverty line in California, Utah, and Florida.
In general, it is clear that California registers the highest average income per person even though its population is very poor. People aging under 18 are the poorest in Utah while those who aged over 60 I below the poverty line in Floria.
Firstly, Utah has the largest number of poor teenagers which stands at 28% while the figures for California and Florida are slightly close to each other, at 17% and 16% respectively. People who fall into the age group above 60 have a smaller percentage of those being below the property line, which varied between 8% and 23%.
California residents make the most out of living since their income on average is registered at $23,000 per person, followed by Florida figures which closely at the same amount of money, at $22,000 each individual. Lastly, people have the lowest average income, each of them has $17,000 come into their budget. However, the number of people who are significantly poor is lowest in Utah just a little under 10%. In contrast to the previous figures that are seen in California and Florida, they make up 16% and 12% in turn in terms of population below the poverty line.
