The table above illustrates how many people visited to ashdown museum in the years before and after it was repaired. The two pie charts give us information about the results of surveys, when visitors were asked how satisfied they were before and after refurbishment.
Overall, the total amount of visitors grew after the reconstruction. The proportion of visitors who were very satisfied and satisfied grew in the year after the refurbishment. In contrast, the number of people who were dissatisfied and very dissatisfied had opposite trends.
In the year before the refurbishment 74000 people visited ashdown museum, whereas, next year the museum had 92000 visitors. before the renovation, the percentages of very satisfied and satisfied visitors were 15% and 30%, respectively. both these figures grew by 20% and 10%, respectively.
Of respondents 40% claimed to be dissatisfied with the museum before the refurbishment. This number dropped to 15% after the museum was repaired. Similarly, the percentage of very dissatisfied visitors halved. Of surveys partisipants 5% didn’t respond in both given periods.
