The table illustrates the income of middle/high school teachers of the five different nation in term of starting salary, after 15 years, maximum and years taken to reach top salary in 2009.
An inspection of data in the table reveals that the wage of secondary/high school teachers from Luxembourg was highest while the income of teachers who taught at australia was lowest. On the other hand, the figures of year taken to reach top salary highest in Japan.
Out of five country, the starting income of middle/high school teacher was noticeable higher in Luxembourg, at 80,000 and the Denmark at 45000, compare to 28000 in australia. after 15 years working, the salaries of teachers from japan was approximate two-time that of starting, while in the Korea the income only increase 18000, at 48000. It can be seen that the maximum of salaries of secondary/ high school In Luxembourg was highest, peak at 132000, that higher than japan 46000 and was than two-time in Korea. But the teacher from australia only need 8 years taken to reach top income while in japan the number was 37 years.
