Today, it is very common to have people from two different generations mix in the same workplace. Are there more advantages or disadvantages to this situation? Give your own opinion and include relevant examples.
Nowadays, It is commonly see that different cultural people are working in the same industries which demonstrate the unity of people but, it has number of pros and cons of working two nation's people in a same place. My inclination supports the statement that working on a same place is far beneficial for learning purpose as well as understand different culture and attitude.
To commence with, I would like to outline the few advantages of working different cultural people on a same place that especially is worthwhile for native people to get some extra information from different people such as, chance to learn their languages, get information of their city or country's advantages and disadvantages, rules and regulation of different countries and many others. Additionally, one of the obvious advantage of is that people visit the country as well for tourism that eventually supports country's economy to some extent.
On the flip side, number of people believes that in many organization mostly international people holds the senior positions in organization due to quality of education and experience, hence after this environment is discomfited of large number of people. but, number of pedagogical experts believes that largely number of third world countries are existing in the world who are not enough qualified to run any organization in a good manner namely; Zimbabwe, Malaysia, south africa and others.
Last but not the least, many adepts assert that most of the people are facing language barriers that actually keeps far a way from each other that creates many adverse thinking in between employees for instance, usually it has seen that people an english man is working in german industry wherein they are facing languages barriers.
To sum up, working in a same place is an very good for the environment in a sence of learning. However, government and owner of the private sector needs to understand their problem as well, along with government need to form the criteria of employees in order to reduce the obstacles which is being faced by many employees.
