The presented maps illustrate the changes that occurred to the road access of a city hospital in 2010 in comparison with 2007.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is clear to see that while the city hospital has remained the same, the roads’ infrastructure was upgraded and developed by building a new public parking lot, roundabouts and a bus station instead of stop.
In details, a new public car park was built, east of the hospital, being split from the staff car park and is relatively wider whereas they were joined back in 2007. Also, two roundabouts were structured opposite to each other through the hospital road, linking the bus station with both, the ring from one side and the city road from the other.
A new bus station was put in place west of the hospital road, replacing the bus stops which appear in the 2007 map on both side of the hospital road. However, the northern part of the ring road has remained unchanged.
