Overall, a comparison of the maps reveals that road access to a city hospital transformed from relatively simple facilities to more complete facilities. Moreover, some infrastructure in 2007 were remained the same in 2010.
In terms of road access prior to development, the car park for the staff and public was not separated and was located in the center of the hospital road. It was simple, with only six bus stops, which were found on the side of the hospital road next to the car park. There were also the ring road and the city road, which were located in the north and south of the road access, respectively.
Regarding the changes in road access, the separation of the public and staff car parks was done. The staff car park remained at the same location, whereas the public car park was relocated to the north-east, next to the hospital. In regards to the bus stops, they were demolished and converted to the bus station that was found in the west of the hospital road. Moreover, the construction of the roundabout was conducted near the city hospital and in the intersection of the city road and the hospital road. Despite the major changes in the road access, the ring road, the hospital road, and the city road were still at the same location.
