These pie chart gave the information of yearly expenditure by goverment for various main fields in two countries, namely Italy and Spain in 1990.
It is obviously clear that higher education constituted the higher proportion than that the other fields. The lowest proportion of government budget was Environment, which was similar in the both countries.
Spain goverment spent 45% for the higher education, 10% was higher than that the figure for Italy. While the proportion of transportation was 16% in Italy, it was solely 6% in Spain. The proportion of environmental services was similarly lowest in both countries, with 4% of Italy and 5% of Spain respectively.
The proportion of K-12 education and Health/ Human Resources in yearly government’s budget in Spain was 20% for both areas. While the figure for K-12 education was 25%, Health/ Human Resources was 14% in Italy. Yearly budget in both countries spent the lowest proportion for Other area was similarly the same, 6% of Italy and 4% of Spain respectively.
