Dear Mr. Jasohn,
I am writing this letter to inform you about an annoying issue which has recently occurred in the apartment. Lately, Mr. Tom, the neighbor who lives in the flat on the third floor, has taken care of a dog. Unfortunately, his dog has quite naughty and piercing. As a matter of fact, he makes miserable noises every second even at the midnight. Because of this inconvenience, I have suffered from insomnia for two weeks.
Although I talked with Mr. Tom about this matter and asked him to find a solution, until today, no measures have been taken by him. Last night, I desperately request him to take his dog to a veterinarian but he became angry and ignored my request.
Anyway, I want you to talk with Mr. Tom and convince him to visit either a veterinarian or dog trainer to resolve this problem.
I would appreciate it if you can consider this issue soon.
