Dear Sir/Madam,
I am A T M Jakir Alam, an employee of Orion Infusion Limited, who is working as a product executive under marketing department. I am writing to request you on half of the employees of our company not to close the cafeteria located on the top floor which has been serving us since the inception of the company.
Undeniably, the cafeteria is a blessing for the workers of the company thanks to the reasonable price of the food items. However, due to the detorioration of food quality and internal hygiene the interest of the employees to use this cafeteria is declining. To make it worse, the service provided by the waiters is completely unsatisfactory. Due to these reasons, owner of the cafeteria is facing moneytary loss.
I would like to request you that instead of shutting down the cafeteria it might be renovated and staffs could be trained in a proper way to improve customer service. It will definitely attract employees to use it again. In addition to that an expert manager also be appointed here to supervise the overall activity of the cafe which will certainly attract the employees regarding changes.
I therefore, hope that you will take necessary actions to refurbish and reopen the cafeteria instead of closing it in consideration of employees.
