Dear Mr.Vu,
I am writing this letter to apply for a job vacancy as a cashier at one of your restaurants on Bui Vien street.
I believe you still remember your business trip in which I had the opportunity to meet you on the airplane two weeks ago. As we were having a casual conversation about work, you offered me the cashier position at your restaurant. Since then, I have been considering to take your offer and work under your supervisor.
After we parted, I searched for information of your restaurants on Linkedin and found that your staff members are highly satisfied working at your places. I have encountered many positive feedbacks about your supportive policies towards the employees. With a competitive salary and insurance, I am very interested in becoming a part of your workforce. In addition, I would say that your restaurants’ uniform really stands out from other places’ and looks incredibly stylish, which makes me quite fascinated.
As for your job requirements, I am a competent candidate holding three academic certificates and two years of working experience in this field. If requested, I could provide a reference letter from my previous employer showing my qualities as a very careful and reliable person in managing cash flow.
Should you wish to discuss more, please feel free to contact me anytime at your convenience.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
Truong
