Dear Samir,

I am writing this letter to apply for a job in your Delhi restaurant as suggested by you.

I was travelling from London to Delhi on June 12, just 3 days ago, via Indian airlines on which I met you sitting besides me. During our journey, we talked about many things including an opportunity that you offered me to work in one of your food chain restaurants business. I think, I am having a sound knowledge in people management and possesses 5 years of experience as a manager in CCD cafe.

I would like to apply for a shift manager position at your Delhi outlet which seems a perfect match for me. I can work long hours as per the restaurant's busy schedule and also can be available on holidays and weekends. I have been dealing with the staff since last 5 years and my skills at people management will help increase customer satisfaction overall.

I am attaching my latest CV herewith and is available for an interview any time between 10 am and 7 pm.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours sincerely,
John Cena
