You have bought a mobile phone in a tax-free shop just a few days ago, and it doesn't work properly. Task: write a letter to the manager to complain about it and ask him to solve the problem.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to regard my dissatisfaction with the phone I purchased in your store. It has been 3 days and it stopped working properly.

I bought iPhone XS mobile phone on Monday, June 12, 2019 for my wife in your store, just 3 days before. My wife was very excited about the new mobile I gifted her initially which was followed my frustration when she found that sound is not working any more. I verified again myself to ensure that it is not configuration glitch, but I am very surprised to see that it is a hardware problem. I am very disappointed with the quality of the product despite paying a huge amount.

I contacted customer support immediately to report this issue and they assured me to fix the issue within a week. I am still awaiting a reply from them. Now, I cannot get my device fixed, instead, expect to have a replacement of the device.

I am hoping for a quick resolution here from you and I insist on having a new mobile device to resolve the problem, otherwise, I will be forced to stop my payments to the store.
