Dear Mr Powell,

I am Karunakaran who met you while you were resting in the lounge at the Chennai Domestic airport on last Saturday. We sat next to one another and discussed your business and the potential openings that you have at one of your chain of restaurants. I am writing this letter to express my interest in working for you.

You have mentioned that you are about to open a branch in Chennai and your trip was to finalize the location. I am keen on applying for the restaurant manager position if it is not filled yet. I am flair and passionate about hospitality and hotel management, which pursued me to do a post-graduate degree in Hotel Management. I possess an extensive history of experience as a restaurant manager, worked with various international chain of restaurants, and ran their branches very well. My previous employers have endorsed my ability and attitude at my LinkedIn page that you can refer to by accessing the below link.

I would be happy to discuss further my qualification and reward. I hope to hear from you soon.

Yours faithfully,
Karunakaran Meenakshi.
