A friend from another country is moving to your city for work. He / she has asked you for advice about living in your city. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter suggest an interesting part of the city to live in describe the public transport in your city say how your friend can meet new people there
Dear Louis,
I have received your email, and cannot wait to see you in Toronto! In this email, I will answer your question in detail.
As I am well aware of your taste that you won't be able to survive even a day without Korean food, I highly recommend you to live NorthYork region. There are plenty of Korean supermarkets in which you can buy almost every Korean product as you used to do back in Korea and Korean restaurants. Therefore, you don't need to worry about getting homesick. Moreover, your school planned to enroll is within the region.
Unfortunately, the quality of public transport is very poor in this city. Many local residents have unpleasant experiences with the frequent malfunction of the subway, as well as the irregular dispatch time of the bus. Without a personal vehicle, it would be a bit hard to live here.
Lastly, one obvious way to interact with new people would be getting closer to school peers so that you can hang out with people from various range of backgrounds over the world.
Anyway, I am really looking forward to seeing you in Toronto.
From your best friend,
Teawo Kim
