Hi dear John,
I’m writing this letter to let you know some information about the flat. First of all, I should thank you again for your kindness, I know you are super busy, and it means a lot to me to look after my apartment while I’m out of the city.
The points you should bear in mind are first, because of these recent blackouts that we’ve had, my air conditioning stopped working yesterday without any special reason. I had got it two months ago, though. I’ll deal with it when I’m back; there was no time for that! Another thing you should know is that the water heater crashes from time to time, so if you happen to needed hot water and the heater didn’t run, just call Mr. Brown, the building manager, he knows how to fix it.
As we’ve discussed over the phone, I can’t take my dog with me, so please take good care of him. If you could feed him every morning, that would be great. Also, the plants in the flat don’t need watering every day. You can do the watering every other day.
Finally, In case of having an emergency, you can call my sister, who lives downtown. Here is her number: 5874235874. Feel free to call her if a problem comes up.
Again, thank you so much, I will never forget it,
Jason
