A friend you made while you were studying abroad has written to ask you for help in finding a job in your country. You have heard about a job in a local company that might be suitable for him/her. Write a letter to this friend. In your letter:
Tell your friend about the job and what sort of work it involves
Say why you think the job would be suitable for him/her
Explain how to apply for the job
Dear Sam,
Hope this finds you well. You mentioned in your previous letter that you were looking for a job here and I have found an opportunity that might suit you. Also, the tentative joining date is specified as next month, so I hope it would be convenient for you.
The vacancy is at a newly opened pharmaceutical company in my town and they are looking for a sales professional who has accounting knowledge as well. Moreover, the position requires you to travel to their other branch which is also in the same city once a week. As your communication and interpersonal skills are strong, I think the sales position would be suitable for you. Also, as you recently completed your master’s in business administration, the accounting tasks would be smooth sailing for you.
You need to apply for this position through their official website www.pharmacorp.com. While, applying make sure you upload your resume and a photograph along with other details. I hope that you have received a clear picture about the job, but if you need any more help or information please let me know.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards,
Suraj
