How Do You Develop Learning Agility

How Do You Develop Learning Agility?

Nowadays, the real question is "How Do You Develop Learning Agility?" is always a topic of interest to a great number of people. In my opinion, I would like to give you numerous methods like asking for feedback, being positive and enthusiasm. We will take a closer look at these two points.
In my opinion, the way to develop learning agility is to actively place yourself in a learning mindset to manage new and difficult situations better. Besides applying what you learn, always stay open to new ways of solving problems and ask questions when you encounter a new way of doing something to continue to build your inventory of experiences. For instance, if you are a teacher but you know about data analytic or technology, you can be considered learning agility.
The second indispensable way to become a better learner is enthusiasm. When we have enthusiasm, our learning becomes easier. We will always be full of positive energy no matter how difficult studying is. Instead of getting bored, let's find fun to learn and find ways to solve the difficulties we face. When I first started high school, my English was very bad, but when I met a teacher who inspired me, I tried to study every day with my enthusiasm and I found it interesting to learn. From a student who is afraid of English to a student who loves English. Enthusiasm has great power. It helps us to find interesting, not boring and helps us to become better at learning or doing anything.
In conclusion, I believe that two ways above will be these ways most effectively that help us access to the new knowledge rapidly. I think that continue learning and growing will be easily path to the success. Moreover, the growth mindset will be increasingly important in the developing society.
